Shipping policy
How long will it take for my stuff to ship?
If we have it in stock, we'll usually ship it within 7 business days. Expect approximately two to three weeks shipping time for North America. International delays may vary due to customs clearance. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
If you have any issues with your products upon arrival (i.e: Damaged goods, missing package, etc), contact us and we'll sort out the problem immediately. If you would like to return an item, please consult our Refund Policy.
Who pays shipping?
Unless otherwise specified, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For dealers, shipping is not included in the product price and will be billed once orders are shipped. Shipping and duties are the responsibility of the dealer at all times unless a written arrangement has been made between Atelier Olympia Inc. and the dealer in question.
Customs
All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Atelier Olympia will not be held accountable for payment of import taxes on your products.
