Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CUSTOM BIKES AND DEPOSITS FOR CUSTOM BIKES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits for custom builds are designed for us to use for ordering parts. Deposits are non-refundable as long as parts have already been purchased.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In manufacturing, a nominal size or an actual size is specified during the manufacturing process. However, there can be a slight but accepted deviation with a manufactured product. This deviation is referred to as a manufacturing tolerance. Nominal value, in Quality, is specified to provide tolerance limits for a nominal size, accommodating deviations, if any.
When referring to any measurements, all values are nominal in nature and are not absolute as is the case with any manufactured product.
If any product is received with damage, proof of damage and pictures of the parcel must be provided to info@atelierolympia.com . If the product is deemed defective, it must be shipped back to Atelier Olympia at 2230 ave de l'Église, H4E 1H4, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Atelier Olympia will arrange for pickup of the parcel at no extra cost and ship out a replacement if possible, or simply issue a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom bikes and products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Any product that is misused, improperly assembled or incorrectly maintained is not eligible for warranty. Using incompatible parts or going against standard bicycle assembly guidelines voids the warranty on any of our products. This includes but is not limited to: inserting a starnut into a carbon steerer tube, cutting forks with non-carbon blades, attempting to fit the wrong hubs in a frame, using a frame or component for any purpose outside the intent of the manufacturer (i.e: using road components for mountain biking), stripping and putting excess torque on screws, incorrect storage (leaving a bike outside to rust, for example).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

E-Bikes
Atelier Olympia reserves the right to refuse any E-Bicycle for any reason deemed necessary. When E-Bikes are admitted, they must be without battery or power source unless said power source is a charger. Atelier Olympia is not responsible for any damage done to E-Bikes and their components during charging or maintenance on premises.
Late Pickup Policy
Once bicycles are ready for pickup after they have been assembled or repaired, and the customer has been made aware, the bike must be picked up within 2 weeks of the readiness call being made. After 14 days of the bike being ready, daily storage of 2$ per day will apply.
